1. How does SpaceIt work?

Customers pay at the POS, select their play time, and the system unlocks the ball collection hatch automatically. When the paid time ends, the hatch locks again without staff involvement.

2. What does the venue need to do?

The venue provides the space and basic operating access. SpaceIt handles the smart billiards setup, system configuration, and table setup and maintanence.

3. Who provides the billiards table and smart system?

SpaceIT after a commercial agreement

4. Does the venue need staff to manage the table?

No. The system is designed to reduce staff involvement by automating payment, access, timing, and locking. Staff may only be needed for exceptional situations though we handle the maintanence.

5. Can the venue track revenue and usage?

Yes. Partner venues can access usage and revenue information through the partner dashboard once the system is active.
